Cancellation of any services must be done in writing to billing(at)hostacmee.com at least 12 days prior to expiration date of the Account and/or Services.
You will receive an email immediately confirming that we have received your request. If you do not get this email back within a hour, means that we did not receive your cancellation request and you will be held responsible for any charges as a result.
Your account will remain active until you receive our second email confirming you were canceled successfully.
